As we are currently facing spates of heat
wave, today’s two sessions discussed the function and the importance of trees,
particularly in its role in cooling the earth.
The method used today is one of the most
common yet intricate rendering techniques; 'the Dots'. Today’s exercise not
only teaches our students the concept of painting light and dark shades but
more importantly to build confidence in creating art straight from the
brush; depending less on pencils and erasers.
